Steven Bunker is an associate professor in the University of Alabama’s history department and an expert on Mexican politics. After the recent arrest of infamous drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, Bunker called for caution and lowered expectations when talking about the Mexican drug war. He spoke to Capstone News Now about illegal drugs in America’s closest neighbor to the south and the first year of  Enrique Peña Nieto’s Presidency.
