TUSCALOOSA, Ala.THE GAME: Alabama returns to the friendly confines of Bryant-Denny Stadium this week when it hosts No. 13/12 Mississippi State. The game marks the 97th meeting between the Crimson Tide and the Bulldogs in a series that dates back to 1896. Alabama currently leads 74-18-3 and has won the previous four games against Mississippi State. Last year’s contest in Starkville resulted in a 24-7 victory for the Tide. The game will be televised by ESPN with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. CT. Brad Nessler will serve as the play-by-play announcer, with Todd Blackledge at his side as the color analyst. The two will be joined by sideline reporter Holly Rowe. Eli Gold and Phil Savage will handle the radio call on the Crimson Tide Sports Network, with Chris Stewart serving as sideline reporter.
