If you are a band and are interested in participating in the Tuscapalooza Spring 2011 music festival, please fill out the application below. Please note that applying for participation in the festival does not guarantee selection. We will contact you after the applications close if you are selected to participate. The festival will be held on April 22nd, 2012. Make sure that you can participate on this date before applying.
