90.7 The Capstone, the student-run radio station at the University of Alabama, invites you to get social with the on-campus radio station. During the Freshman Bama Bound Orientation Sessions, freshman will be given the opportunity to like our Facebook page (WVUA 90.7) and follow our Twitter page (@WVUAFM) at Lakeside Dining Hall during dinner. By liking and following our social media sites, the freshman student will be entered to win a Bama Prize Pack, which includes an autographed picture of Coach Nick Saban and much more! To enter, the student must be an incoming freshman enrolling at the University of Alabama in Fall 2011. The student must like the WVUA 90.7 FM fan page on Facebook and/or follow @WVUAFM on Twitter. Each like on Facebook counts as one (1) entry and each follow on Twitter counts as one (1) entry. A WVUA-FM representative must verify that a student has liked the Facebook page or followed the Twitter. Once verified, they will take down the student’s name, email, and phone number. Students must have their information written down or their entry will be disqualifies. If a student has already liked the Facebook page and/or is following the Twitter, a WVUA-FM representative must verify that the student is already following the social mediums. The contest takes place between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on Day 1 of each Bama Bound Freshman Orientation. The winner will be announced on Twitter and Facebook. The winner will then be contacted by email or phone to pick up the prize pack. Be sure to let all your incoming freshman friends know. See you there!
