imageAlabama running back T.J. Yeldon made waves with fans of both the Crimson Tide and the Aggies in the wake of his rushing touchdown on Saturday.

Yeldon mimicked a Johnny Manziel celebration, then double-slashed his throat, mocking the move.

Here is a GIF of the celebration.

“I want to apologize to everyone for my selfish actions on Saturday,” Yeldon said. “That is not the way I want to represent myself, my family and our team. That is not the way we do things at Alabama.

“This is something that I will learn from, and I will use better judgement in the future.”

Saban made his displeasure with the situation clear both on-the-sidelines and after the game.

“Did you watch me?” Saban said when asked of his reaction. “That’s not us. That’s not our program, that’s not what we do. We never ever tolerate it and we never ever have. I don’t think there’s a place for it in college football.

“I don’t control what other teams do, but I can certainly control what our guys do.”
