The 9th ranked Crimson Tide gymnastic team opens road and Southeastern Conference play this Friday when the Tide travel to Arkansas. The Tide are off to a 1-0 start after beating 14th ranked Penn State 195.350 to 192.750 last Friday night.
The Tide has the Number 1 ranked gymnast on the balance beam in Sarah DeMeo. Demeo is also ranked 23rd in the uneven bars. Kayla Hoffman is ranked 2nd in all around,4th on vault 5th on floor excersise and 3rd on balance beam. Freshman Diandra Miliner who joined the Tide in December is ranked 4th on vault while Ashley Sledge rounds out the national rankings for the Tide with the 6th national ranking on the Vault.
